Enjoy your stay in Málaga even more by staying in this beautiful two-bedroom duplex with a lovely terrace and free breakfast!

You can relax in a cosy living room with balconies overlooking the street while resting on a comfortable 3-seater sofa. If you want to relax a little, you have a Smart TV at your disposal to which you can connect Netflix, HBO Max, Prime Video, Movistar, YouTube, etc. to watch your favourite content.

The kitchen is integrated into the living room and has everything you need if you want to cook during your stay: Fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the necessary utensils. There is a dining table and chairs for eating.

When it's time to rest, you have a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed measuring 150x190cm and  upstairs there is another bedroom with a single bed measuring 80x190cm. In addition, the sofa bed in the living room can be converted into a 140x190cm bed if you need it.

On each floor there is a bathroom with a comfortable rain shower, hairdryer, soap, gel and shampoo. The bathroom on the top floor is located in the room.

Don't miss the cosy terrace on the top floor, where you can relax and enjoy the sun.

We have a Wi-Fi connection so you can easily use the internet whether you want to watch a series, share your photos, talk to your family via video call or work when you have no other choice.

There is also central air conditioning and heating throughout the house, so you don't have to worry about the heat in the summer or the cold in the winter months.
We also offer a complimentary light breakfast so you can grab something to eat before you leave the house. We provide you with a basket of everything you need so you can enjoy it when and where you want. Breakfast includes: Milk, coffee, tea, bread, oil, butter, jam and something sweet. If you have any allergies or intolerances, please let us know 48 hours before your arrival.

HOUSE RULES:
- Arrival from 15.00 hrs.

- Departure before 11.00 am.

- Parties or events of any kind are not permitted.

- Smoking is prohibited.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Rest periods: From 10.00 pm to 8.00 am.

- Let us respect coexistence with our neighbours.

- The number of guests must correspond to the number stated at the time of booking.

- Remember to close the door and switch off the lights and air conditioning/heating when you leave the house.

- In accordance with current regulations, we must pass on the personal data of all guests to the authorities. Therefore, we will send you the information for the online check-in with the booking confirmation, where you must enter your personal data before the day of arrival. Once you have completed the online check-in, you will receive an access code for the outside door and an access code for your flat door.

PLEASE NOTE:
- The studio is located on the ground floor of the building.

- One of the beds is a double sofa bed 140x190cm.

- Some elements of the furnishings may differ slightly from the photos.

- If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide you with a cot, bathtub, high chair and blender free of charge, subject to availability, please ask us.

- Surcharges and special conditions may apply for bookings of 3 or more flats. A deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation.

- For group bookings and/or high occupancy rates, a damage deposit of €200 per flat is required on arrival. This will be paid in cash and refunded on departure after inspection of the accommodation.
